Please be at your chosen meeting point on time. Here you can see when you should be at the respective meeting point:

Easttrain station: 15 minutes before trip time
Höhenmatte landing site: 10 minutes before trip time
Arabshop: 10 minutes before trip time
West train station: 5 minutes before trip time
Adventure Guesthouse: on the trip time

Please be aware that we cannot wait for you as there are other guests on the same trip. If you arrive too late, we will not be able to refund your flight.

Can you drop me back to the pickup location?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a drop off service to the meeting points. After landing the next guests are already waiting for the guides. However, as we land in the centre of Interlaken, all hotels and train stations are in walking distance.

Can I bring my luggage?
  • Backpacks and handbags you can bring with you.
  • Big suitcases you can’t bring in the bus. There’s not enough space in it. Please put them in one of the lockers at the train stations or in the luggage room of your hotel.
Can I bring my own camera?

As long as it’s a small digital pocket camera with an objective that can’t be removed it’s allowed. This camera also needs to have a wrist band attached. Selfie sticks and mobile phones you can bring to the takeoff but are not allowed during the flight.

Every pilot provides his own picture and video service with a Special Paragliding Full HD Camera System to memorise your trip. Right after the flight your pilot will show you the picture and vdeo files on a tablet computer. If you want to buy these files you either get the Original SD-Card or a copy to your mobile phone. This extra service costs CHF 40.00 and has to be paid to your pilot.

What do I have to bring?

Paragliding is an outdoor activity, so please wear clothes adequate to the weather. It is important to wear solid shoes. If you don’t have you borrow shoes, jackets and ski pants free of charge.

All other materials (helmet, harness, gloves etc.) necessary for the flight are handed over by to you by your pilot.

Can I wear glasses during the flight?

Yes. We even recommed to wear sunglasses during the flight because of the wind and the sun. But no worries … we never lost sunglasses on one of our flights.

Yes you can pay by credit card or cash. If you want to pay in cash the following foreign banknotes (no coins) are accepted: Euro, British pounds and US Dollars.

Can I park my car at the meeting point?

There are several fee based parking lots and covered parkings near the meeting point and landing area.

What happens when the weather is bad and the flight cannot take place?

If the flight cannot take place due to bad weather conditions, we will try to find an other date and time together with you or we will cancel the flight and refund you the full amount.
